Hello everyone! I'm back with another new video *woop*! Feels so great to be back to filming. This is my 6 month since-going-plantbased update video - can't believe it's gone so fast! :) It's definitely been one of the most "transformative" times in my life. I feel like I've grown and learnt so much valuable information that I will benefit from my whole life. I am so thankful to everyone I have learnt from. As mentioned in the video, the most important thing I've learnt recently is to have a positive and loving mindset, even if you're not getting the results you're after just yet. I was so hung up on clearing my skin, and I kind of put a condition on it, something like: "I'll only let myself be 100% content once my skin clears up." This did not get me very far, and only held me back until the point where I didn't even want to look at my skin in the mirror. BUT I luckily snapped out of that self-destructive mode and adopted some healthy positive habits instead, like complimenting myself every time I was about to say something negative. It's so important to pay attention to your thoughts. Also as mentioned, Louise Hay is so awesome :) Definitely check out her books and videos on YouTube for a good dose of positivity and self-loving affirmations. Anyway I hope you guys enjoy the video and let me know if this is a topic you find interesting. Lots of love to you! XOXO

Topics discussed in this video:
- My tips for dealing with acne (importance of hydration, sleep, proper digestion, positive mindset)
- The importance of loving yourself, especially when healing
- My blood test results after being vegan for 6 months
- Iodine deficiency
- Traveling tips as a high carb vegan
